"Food, ambience and service, everything from the top shelf."
"Best chai south of the river - friendly staff, great location"
"Best avo toast and flat white with the best price in town!"
5 Perfect just what I’d expect from a heathy food bar. Sever was not rude at all. Food was delicately made and not too pricy!
5 Cru was definitely and still is well worth going to. It has the best flavour range, best value and yummiest Acai bowls I’ve found around the Perth metro area. The coffee was worth getting a second one and the topped toast was perfect for the price and a quick and easy breakfast or snack. Presentation of the cafe was cute and inviting, would definitely recommend if you’re into the health kick vibe. (The menu was double sided, that’s just the food side). If you’re down for a classic cafe with your big breakfast and toast style food then maybe not so much.
5 What a little gem of a place. Food, ambience and service, everything from the top shelf. Highly recommended.
5 This place has really awesome smoothie bowls. Have tried a few different ones but Omeo is my favorite - there are lots of unique and delicious options available to choose from. Cabinet food such as bagels and muffins is also available if you don’t want a smoothie bowl. Can be a bit packed and loud at times, so might want to just take a bowl and eat it somewhere else as there isn’t many places to sit, but still very nice regardless, even if the service is a bit basic. Will definitely be back
5 Always stop in here for a smoothie bowl. Blue Azul is my favourite. Always friendly with great service.
5 Lovely little health cafe in new area of Coogee. Everything is delicious from freshly squeezed juiced and smoothie bowls to best coffee in town! My favourite is Coco Naht which is just amazing delicious! Place gets super busy in the weekends so do t be put off by crowds as the service is fast and takes no time to get your coffee and food.
5 — Nice spot in Coogee and within walking distance from Coogee Beach to refuel after a day in the sun. Got the OG and Azul smoothie bowls along with some smoothies. (Photo by @annopano)
The smoothie bowls, especially the Cru'd Smoothie Bowl topped with peanut butter and fresh fruits, are highly recommended. Their acai bowls and topped toast are also customer favorites.
You can enjoy both quick bites like bagels and muffins or a relaxed brunch experience with table service in a casual, trendy setting.
The cafe can get busy at times, especially during peak hours, so consider visiting during off-peak times if you prefer a quieter experience.
